Festive Period Notice

On December 19th, the Foundation will hold a team away day, during which our team will be unavailable. Following this, resources will be limited as staff take seasonal leave, and the Foundation will be closed from December 24th to January 2nd for the festive period.

During this time, responses to phone calls and emails may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

I’m a freelance consultant in finance, management and leadership, and a non executive director.

Prior to February 2017, I worked for Coventry City Council where I progressed to Executive Director of Resources and a member of the Council’s Strategic Management Board over 32 years. Over my career in local government, I’ve managed a wide variety of services, including finance, legal, governance, education, libraries, property, HR, customer services and housing.

I’m highly experienced as a non-executive director and currently hold six other posts, including one at another charity.

As a qualified public finance (CIPFA) accountant with over 25 years post qualification experience I’m an experienced board member, who focuses on setting strategy, managing risk and delivering high performance.
