We wish you a joyful and safe holiday season.

In 2014 the news of the closure of Birmingham & Black Country Community Foundation left a huge gap in the community foundation network. In early 2015 Heart of England extended their geography to cover Birmingham and the Black Country. The Jabbs Foundation were a former donor of Birmingham & Black Country CF and Heart of England were keen to continue their programme; The Positive Futures Fund.

Re-launched in 2016 through the Heart of England, The Positive Futures Fund has continued to be funded by the Jabbs Foundation. It supports organisations in Birmingham and the Black Country providing innovative and exciting activities to inspire young people. Keeping them out of the criminal justice system.

Having already ran two rounds of the Positive Futures Fund, the Foundation has been trusted with delivering the third round of crucial funding. The groups and projects supported through this fund often challenge poverty, disadvantages and anti-social behaviour which improve the lives of many young people and improve communities.
