Freedom of Information Requests

Heart of England Community Foundation is a registered charity and the leading, independent grant making foundation in the West Midlands and Warwickshire. 

We are also registered as a private company limited by guarantee and therefore we are not subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000. We are under no legal obligation to respond to Freedom of Information Requests (FOIRs).

As a service provider to the a number of public authorities, it may be the case that we are asked to assist them in responding to any FOI requests that they receive. We kindly ask you to please redirect any FOIRs to the relevant public authority so that your enquiry can be dealt with in a timely manner.

Should you wish to let us know about any concerns you can still email us and we will endeavour to respond to your message as soon as reasonably possible.
