Festive Period Notice

On December 19th, the Foundation will hold a team away day, during which our team will be unavailable. Following this, resources will be limited as staff take seasonal leave, and the Foundation will be closed from December 24th to January 2nd for the festive period.

During this time, responses to phone calls and emails may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We wish you a joyful and safe holiday season.

Neighbourhood Network Schemes (NNS) are funded by Adult Social Care, Birmingham City Council to develop the support people need to lead happy, healthy, independent lives in their own homes and communities. There is an NNS in each of Birmingham’s 10 constituencies, most of which are run by a range of voluntary and community sector organisations.

As part of Birmingham City Council’s Neighbourhood Schemes they are offering three opportunities to engage Birmingham’s Deaf community, Birmingham’s Gypsy, Roma & Traveller communities and Birmingham’s LGBTQ+ communities.

These opportunities are to identify community strengths alongside the sort of activities and support the communities would like to see to enable them to live happy, healthy lives in their own homes and communities. Following this engagement activity needs to be followed by a gap analysis including recommended priorities for small grant funding and capacity building activity.
