The Foundation is pleased to have launched its 3-year strategy.
Working collaboratively with board and staff members the Foundation has refreshed its vision, values and mission and implemented five strategic aims as it strives to improve as the largest independent grant-making charity in the West Midlands and Warwickshire. Equity, diversity and inclusion are embedded throughout the strategy as the Foundation commits to supporting communities across the region.
The Foundation has grown significantly over the last three years and long may that continue. Although ambitious, the strategy outlines clear aims and objectives that will be achievable with collaborative working, an increased focus on data to guide grant-making and, of course, the grassroots organisations that are the lifeblood of our communities.
