Festive Period Notice

On December 19th, the Foundation will hold a team away day, during which our team will be unavailable. Following this, resources will be limited as staff take seasonal leave, and the Foundation will be closed from December 24th to January 2nd for the festive period.

During this time, responses to phone calls and emails may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

We wish you a joyful and safe holiday season.

Visitors to Staffordshire based theme park, Drayton Manor Park, have raised an incredible £17,000 for the Drayton Manor Park Foundation since launching in 2016 to help those from a disadvantaged background in the local community.

The vital funds, raised through online donations and donation stations located throughout the park and hotel, will be awarded to projects chosen by Drayton Manor Park and the Foundation.

£10,000 has already been awarded to five local organisations, including Cohort 4, who help survivors of abusive relationships, the Baby Support Hub who deliver weekly therapeutic arts and baby massage sessions and Home-Start, who run parenting classes for teen parents in Tamworth.

George Bryan, Company Director at Drayton Manor Park comments:

“It is so important for us to support our local community by helping facilitate something worthwhile.

“We just want to thank all of our wonderful guests who have given to our Foundation because their donations will help the surrounding areas to continue to flourish.

“All of the organisations chosen are very close to our heart and we hope we can continue to raise money to help those from disadvantaged backgrounds to have a better quality of life.”

Tina Costello, Chief Executive of the Foundation, added:

“We are delighted to be managing the Drayton Manor Park Foundation and working with their team to make a difference locally. We are thrilled to be able to award funding to even more fantastic organisations.

“All of the donations made by guests to the theme park will make a huge difference to grassroots community projects across the area.”
